What You’ll Do

Prepare legal documents, filings, and correspondence from drafts, dictation, and handwritten notes

Manage attorney calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel

Maintain and organize case files and records

Handle phone calls, emails, and communication with clients and court personnel

Process expense reports, invoices, and assist with billing

Coordinate logistics for meetings, including conference rooms, catering, and tech needs

Support business development efforts by maintaining contact lists and updating CRM systems

Proofread and edit documents with strong attention to detail
What You’ll Need

Prior experience as a legal secretary (corporate or transactional law strongly preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication, editing, and proofreading abilities

Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information

Flexibility to work overtime when needed
