What You’ll Do

• Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

• Prepare probate filings and trust administration documents

• Assist with asset inventories, valuations, and distributions

• Maintain detailed case files and track critical dates and deadlines

• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and court personnel

• Coordinate document execution and notarization

• Support attorneys through all stages of estate and trust matters

What You’ll Need

• Experience working on trust and estate matters in a law firm or similar setting

• Knowledge of estate planning terminology and probate procedures

• Strong organizational and document management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
