Job Description

As an Office Services Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations that keep a law firm running smoothly. This role manages a small team and ensures that attorneys and staff have the resources, equipment, and support needed to deliver top-quality service to clients. It’s a hands-on position where you’ll balance supervision with direct involvement in office services and facilities support.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise office and conference services staff, including scheduling and daily workflow
  • Oversee mail, deliveries, print, scanning, copying, and binder preparation
  • Manage office moves, setups, and conference room arrangements
  • Track supplies, place orders, and maintain organized work areas and pantries
  • Coordinate office maintenance and facilities requests with vendors and building staff
  • Support meetings and events by arranging furniture, catering, and audiovisual needs
  • Maintain logs for deliveries, shipping, and other office service activities
  • Build and manage vendor relationships for supplies, catering, and services
  • Step in to cover staff duties when needed (lunches, vacations, absences)
  • Support the office administrator with special projects and office-wide initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma required; college coursework or degree a plus
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook; ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Physical ability to move boxes, supplies, and light office furniture as needed
