Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage cases from start to finish and advocate for clients across a range of legal matters. This role is best suited for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in court, and skilled at building strong legal strategies.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee litigation cases from initial investigation through resolution or trial
- Conduct legal research to interpret statutes, case law, and rules relevant to ongoing matters
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Advise and update clients throughout the litigation process
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, hearings, depositions, and trials
- Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes outside of court
- Develop and execute effective strategies to achieve client goals
What You’ll Need
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the bar in relevant state(s)
- Strong skills in legal research and persuasive writing
- Confident oral advocacy skills for court and negotiation settings
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and multiple cases
- Clear, professional communication with clients, colleagues, and court officials
