What You’ll Do

• Handle legal matters related to real estate, land use, civil litigation, and business transactions

• Draft and negotiate contracts, entitlements, and related agreements

• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and internal memoranda

• Assist with discovery, depositions, and preparation for hearings or trial

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client advisement

• Develop your own book of business over time with the firm’s support

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law

• Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills

• Familiarity or interest in real estate and land use matters

• Active license to practice law in California
