What You’ll Do

Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, project entitlements, and related agreements

Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence

Assist with civil litigation matters, including discovery and trial preparation

Support business transactional projects and provide strategic legal guidance to clients

Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and experienced attorneys across disciplines
What You’ll Need

3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law

Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

Interest or background in real estate, land use, or civil litigation
-
Active license to practice law

A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented practice
