Office Administrator
This Office Administrator role oversees day-to-day operations for a large, professional office environment. You will be responsible for keeping offices running smoothly, supporting legal and administrative teams, and managing facilities, vendors, and support staff functions.
This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys owning office operations end-to-end, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution, and serving as a trusted resource for leadership and staff.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a high level of service and efficiency
• Manage facilities, space planning, office moves, and renovation projects
• Serve as a primary point of contact for office leadership on operational matters
• Lead and support office services teams such as reception, mailroom, records, and catering
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts
• Oversee office budgets, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees
• Partner with IT, marketing, and other internal teams on office needs
• Develop and improve office procedures, workflows, and communication
• Lead projects that support office growth and operational improvements
What You’ll Need
• Experience managing office operations in a law firm or professional services environment
• Proven leadership experience overseeing staff and vendors
• Strong understanding of facilities management and office services
• Ability to manage budgets, planning, and operational priorities
• Comfort working with senior leadership and acting as a trusted advisor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
