What You’ll Do

Process time entries, expenses, and invoices

Schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements

Open and manage legal matters and coordinate conflict checks

Maintain attorney calendars and organize internal documents and records

Support internal team projects, including meeting logistics and reporting

Communicate professionally with clients and staff across departments
What You’ll Need

At least 2 years of administrative experience in a legal or professional services setting

High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Intapp, Elite, 3E, or PACER
-
Excellent organization and communication skills

Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a high-expectation environment

Willingness to work overtime when needed
