An established law firm in Menlo Park, CA, is seeking a full-time Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its Trusts & Estates team. This is a direct-hire opportunity to step into an existing practice—no book of business required—with strong internal referrals and long-standing client relationships.

What You’ll Do:

• Advise clients on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and wealth transfer
• Handle estate and gift tax planning and compliance
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with experienced colleagues
• Draft sophisticated estate plans and oversee trust administration
• Build a long-term practice within a stable, highly regarded firm

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in trusts and estates law
• Admitted to the California State Bar
• Strong background in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and estate/gift tax
• Excellent writing, communication, and client-facing skills
• Interest in long-term practice development within a team-based setting
