What You’ll Do:

• Support real estate and land use, civil litigation, and business transactional matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, project entitlements, and related agreements
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and client communications
• Assist with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Build your individual practice while working closely with experienced attorneys

What We're Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional work
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Interest or experience in real estate, land use, and civil litigation
• Active California Bar license
• A motivated, team-oriented mindset and desire to grow within a firm
