Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with discovery and document management.
• Prepare case files for attorneys to use at court hearings.
• Draft motions, objections, and general legal correspondence.
• Serve and file legal papers in State and Federal Courts, including electronic filing.
• Communicate directly with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel via phone and email.
• Request, review, and organize medical records and prepare evidence for trial.
• Schedule permanent impairment evaluations and track discovery deadlines.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1–3 years in a law firm setting, with a focus on personal injury cases preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with court rules and discovery processes.
• Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, NetDocuments, and electronic file management.
