What You’ll Do:
- Manage client documents, including electronic data, and identify relevant case materials.
- Conduct background checks and obtain authenticated records.
- Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including motions, disclosures, and discovery responses.
- Assist with trial preparation, including managing exhibits, files, and witness lists.
- Conduct legal research using online tools and resources.
- Maintain accurate time and billing records in compliance with established policies.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience required; labor and employment law experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant paralegal certification as outlined by California regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, document review software, and eDiscovery tools; experience with Relativity preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
