What You’ll Do:
- Review internal communications and case materials to determine docketing requirements
- Input and manage court deadlines using ProLaw
- Verify rule-based deadlines and conduct limited research as needed
- Coordinate with case teams to gather and clarify key docketing information
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of recent litigation experience (California and federal)
- Strong knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules
- Proficiency with rules-based calendaring systems (ProLaw, Compulaw, or eDockets)
- Solid grasp of Microsoft Office and Windows-based tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
