What You’ll Do:

  • Review internal communications and case materials to determine docketing requirements
  • Input and manage court deadlines using ProLaw
  • Verify rule-based deadlines and conduct limited research as needed
  • Coordinate with case teams to gather and clarify key docketing information

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years of recent litigation experience (California and federal)
  • Strong knowledge of state, federal, and appellate court rules
  • Proficiency with rules-based calendaring systems (ProLaw, Compulaw, or eDockets)
  • Solid grasp of Microsoft Office and Windows-based tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure
