Litigation Paralegal – Up to $60/Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Manage cases from inception through trial or settlement, including drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents.
• Maintain case files, discovery logs, and document indices while overseeing document productions.
• Support deposition and hearing preparation, including gathering exhibits and creating witness outlines.
• Cite-check briefs for legal and factual accuracy.
• Assist with eDiscovery and document review using platforms like iPro or similar tools.
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support teams for database management and trial preparation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Eligible to work as a paralegal under California Business & Professions Code section 6450.
• 5+ years as a litigation paralegal with a California law firm or legal department.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms (iPro, Adobe Acrobat Pro) and legal research tools (Westlaw, Lexis).
• Expertise in legal procedures, court rules, and eDiscovery processes.
• Strong communication, high ethical standards, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
