What You’ll Do

• Handle complex litigation focused on antitrust, class actions, and business disputes.
• Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions in court, and handle mediation.
• Participate in trials, including witness examination.
• Supervise junior attorneys and support staff.

What You’ll Bring

• 2-5 years of complex litigation experience.
• Active California Bar license and good standing.
• Experience in antitrust, class actions, or complex litigation preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong advocacy, writing, and case management skills.
