Job Description

Avata Partners is seeking an associate (3-7) years’ experience) to join our clients in their plaintiff law firm based in Burlingame, CA.
The attorney will assist with all aspects of the litigation lifecycle, including, pre-filing investigation and client intake, drafting of complaints, law and motion, written discovery, working with experts, trial preparation, bench and jury trials, and appeals.
Requirements:

3-5 years’ litigation experience
Strong writing and analytical skills.
Experienced with depositions and in court
Experienced managing complex discovery and ESI (electronically stored information)
(Prior federal clerkship...a plus, but not a prerequisite.)

Salary Range: $145,000-$180,000 annually with bonus opportunity
