Job Description
Minimum Qualifications of the Litigation Associate:
- 3-10 years of experience in litigation
- California State Bar License
- Experience overseeing general liability/personal injury matters as required
- Draft, review and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
- Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Communicate with expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, witnesses and medical providers
- Possess excellent written communication skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Manage a team of paralegals and legal assistants
- Excellent academic credentials and references required
- Schedule: Full-time
- Location: San Francisco, CA
- Compensation & Benefits: Highly competitive and commensurate with experience. The total compensation for this position ranges from $135,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, qualified 401k plan, profit sharing, health and life insurance.
