Avata Partners is seeking experienced Litigation Secretaries for full-time positions with reputable San Francisco Bay Area law firms!
In this position, you will support attorneys in an administrative capacity, performing clerical duties that are essential to running a law firm. Your ability to collaborate with a diverse team of legal professionals, remain steady under pressure, and prioritize the rigorous and fast-paced demands of litigation will contribute to your success in this role.

Your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Filing with state and federal courts.
- Generate TOC/TOA’s.
- Managing attorneys' calendars.
- Scheduling meetings and travel.
- Managing electronic and hard copy files.
- Preparing and sending legal correspondence.
- Thorough knowledge of rules and procedures for service of documents and filings with Federal Courts and Superior Courts.
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments quickly and accurately to meet deadlines.
- Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, and anticipate needs of attorneys.
- Interacting with clients and all levels of employees within the firm.
- Competitive weekly pay $35/hr, depending on experience.*

- On-call 24/7 support from your Avata team!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 year current experience working on a Civil Litigation desk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, including Word, Outlook, and Adobe.
