Estate Planning Legal Assistant – Full-Time | Up to $55K Annually
This opportunity is with a well-established, full-service law firm that has been trusted by clients across Northern New England for over 40 years. With a team of 40+ attorneys and a growing Trust, Estate, and Guardianship practice, this Manchester-based firm provides meaningful work in estate planning, probate litigation, elder law, and Medicaid planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open and close files and conduct conflict checks.
- Manage case databases and status trackers.
- Calendar court dates and deadlines.
- Finalize estate planning binders for clients.
- Assist in preparing court filings.
- Handle filing of pleadings with Probate Court (paper and electronic).
- Draft correspondence to clients, interested parties, and the Court.
- Prepare files for attorney meetings.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in trusts, estates, or related fields.
- A strong focus on accuracy in all tasks.
- Professional phone and email communication with clients.
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe.
- Experience scanning and maintaining electronic files.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail in written documents.
