Senior Litigation Associate (Remote)

Avata Partners is seeking an experienced Attorney to join our client's innovative remote team. They are a Civil litigation firm specializing in complex healthcare fraud, looking for a senior associate attorney with 5+ years of sustained civil litigation experience, including insurance defense litigation. Successful candidates must have experience handling all phases of discovery, taking, and defending depositions, drafting motions, making court appearances, and preparing for trial, and must be able to work independently. Excellent research and writing skills are required.  This firm provides a comprehensive and competitive pay and benefits package and value work-life balance. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience in a law firm 

• Excellent writing skills superior analytical/writing skills, 

• Candidates with excellent academic records, admission to the California State Bar, and a desire to assume immediate responsibility should submit their resume and a writing sample. 

•  Demonstrated ability to maintain high ethical standards and strict confidentiality. Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

• Results driven with the ability to set and meet priorities within firm expectations. 

• Commitment to excellent quality of work, customer service and teamwork. 

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

• Work extended hours as needed. 

            Salary range: $150,000 to $190,000.?
